1 Introduction and Applicability

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

23vip offers various types of bonuses and promotions. While each offer has its own terms, the following general policies apply in all cases:

• Welcome bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings obtained using a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• 23vip reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If promotional abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6 Betting Rules

The following betting rules must be followed on the 23vip platform:

• All bets cannot be changed once they are finalized. Once a bet is accepted, there is no option to cancel it.
• If a technical error or unusual situation occurs in any event, 23vip reserves the right to void or re-evaluate the relevant bets.
• Placing contradictory bets or exploiting system vulnerabilities is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided.
• Odds in sports betting may change after they are announced. Final bet settlement will be based on the applicable odds.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in match fixing or fraudulent activity, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23vip platform. Violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to gain fraudulent advantages.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal environment of the platform.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

10 Account Closure and Inactive Account Policy

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. It is your responsibility to settle all pending bets and withdraw any eligible balance before closing the account.

Accounts that remain unused for an extended period may be declared inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The specific terms on this matter will be determined at 23vip's discretion.

In the event of a breach of terms, 23vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.
